NDFF Atlas of the dutch mammals 1992

Latest version published by Dutch National Database of Flora and Fauna (NDFF) on Mar 27, 2018 Dutch National Database of Flora and Fauna (NDFF)

Many people contributed to the atlas of the occurrence of land mammals (and 2 species of seals) common to the Netherlands. The observations were made from 1970 to 1988. The Inspectorate Nature Conservation (Natuurbehoud) from the Dutch Forestry Commission (Staatsbosbeheer) has developed forms for most observations. Observations are reported on a scale of an hour plot or atlas plot, a grid cell of 5 square kilometres.

Several species experts and species authors validate observations with information from that period as a reference.
